I AGREE THAT BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM I AM AGREEING TO ALL OF THE CARILLON’S CONDITIONS OF ADVERTISING ACCEPTANCE AND REGULATIONS REGARDING CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING.
Conditions of advertising acceptance:
The Carillon reserves the right to reclassify, censor, revise, edit or reject any advertisement which fails to meet the standards of the publisher; to omit advertisements without notice.
The Carillon accepts only standard abbreviations and proper punctuation in advertisements.
— The Carillon will not knowingly accept or publish an advertisement that requests our readers to send money and a self-addressed envelope when responding to the advertisement.
— It is agreed by The Carillon and any advertiser using or requesting space that the publisher shall not be liable for damages in the event of non-insertion of, or errors in, in any advertisement in excess of or beyond the amount paid for space actually occupied by the non-insertion, or by that portion of the advertisement in which the error or non-insertion occurred whether such error or non-insertion is due to the negligence of its servants or otherwise.
